Credit Card : Full Payment

In the case of credit card payment, after Club 21 eShop has inspected and approved the returned products, we will initiate the return credits to the issuing bank within 14 business days. However, this depends on your billing cycle and issuing bank.

Credit Card : Installment

In the event that customers select the installment payment method, for which the customers are responsible for the interest, and after Club 21 eShop has inspected and approved the returned products, we will process a refund to your issuing bank within 14 business days. However, this depends on your billing cycle and issuing bank. Please note that the customers will be responsible for the interest of the 1st month installment payment based on your total purchase amount.

Debit Card

After the inspection and approval of the returned products, Club 21 eShop will refund you the full amount to your bank account within 30 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Cash Refund: Prompt Pay, Line Pay, True money, Shopee Pay

After the inspection and approval of the returned products as well as receiving a complete bank account detail of customers (The name associated with the bank account must exactly match the name of the purchaser). Club 21 eShop will process a refund to your bank account within 7-14 business days.
