This mermaid skirt is part of CFCL's iconic FLUTED series. The unique silhouette is created by alternating two types of rib knitting with different levels of stretch. It features a drawstring elastic waistband for comfortable everyday wear. While it fits snugly from the waist to the hips, the garter stitch at the hem creates a flowing, mermaid-like silhouette.
