กางเกงขายาวจากแบรนด์ me ISSEY MIYAKE “REmeTEX” คือโครงการที่นำเศษวัสดุจากกระบวนการผลิตเสื้อผ้าของ me ISSEY MIYAKE กลับมาใช้เป็นทรัพยากรเพื่อสร้างสรรค์เสื้อผ้าชิ้นใหม่ โดยใช้เทคนิคที่เรียกว่า “Hanmou” หรือการรีไซเคิลเส้นใย เศษผ้าจาก STRETCH PLEATS จะถูกแปรรูปกลับเป็นเส้นใยฝ้าย ก่อนนำมาปั่นเป็นเส้นด้ายใหม่และทอเป็นผืนผ้า เดนิมซีรีส์นี้มาพร้อม 3 เฉดสีที่เหมาะสำหรับฤดูใบไม้ผลิ ได้แก่ สีขาว สีชมพู และสีลาเวนเดอร์

“REmeTEX” is an initiative that uses the scraps from the me ISSEY MIYAKE clothes-making process as resources to transform into new clothes. Using a technique known as “Hanmou” (recycled wool), the STRETCH PLEATS scraps are converted back into cotton, which is then re-spun into yarn and made into woven fabric. This denim series is available in three colors perfect for spring: White, Pink, and Lavender.
